Version 1 · Effective-date concept: 28 August 2026
The intended intake, explained plainly.
At Milestone 2A, the registration page does not submit, transmit or persist entered information. This notice anticipates the controlled intake proposed for Milestone 2B and must be updated before that service is enabled.
Information the intake is intended to collect
Name and email; optional phone and organisation name; proposed participant role; country or relevant jurisdiction; a short contribution or interest statement; privacy-consent status and version; and an optional referral or source.
Why it would be collected
To receive and assess a registration of interest, understand the proposed participant context, communicate about the review, protect the intake from abuse and keep an appropriate record of consent and handling.
Information not requested here
The public intake is not intended for identity documents, financial statements, net-worth evidence, banking details, project documents or other sensitive financial or identity evidence. Those materials must not be entered in the public form.
Handling and access
The planned service must use server-side validation, rate limiting, anti-abuse controls, consent versioning and access limited to authorised review. Any future sharing with an independent professional party must be purpose-specific, supported by an approved process and reflected in the final notice.
What registration does not do
Registration does not create an Identity account or membership, make an accreditation or qualification decision, grant member or project access, or create a financial transaction.
Questions and rights
The authoritative legal entity particulars, privacy enquiry route, responsible privacy role, retention period, processor details and any cross-border arrangements remain open launch items. They will be added only after approval; no contact details are invented here.
